What is the problem?
I bought some Alexa LED Strip Lights 5M(16.4Ft), Govee Smart WiFi APP Controlled RGB i was wondering is there a plug in that can help me to control them instead of using alexa or the GPIO pins

I'm not aware of any plugins for those leds - node red might be the best solution for you
I guess you want to use it to change color depending on the print status?
You could do that also via node red
