What is the problem? Octoprint browser client renders webcam even when not on control tab, or tab is minimized
What did you already try to solve it? literally nothing
Not sure what logs I could post, please let me know and I will add them.

Running Octoprint on a raspberry pi running Ubuntu 20.04. Video streams via restreamer using jneiliii's plugin. I'm using restreamer mostly because I couldn't get mjpg-streamer to work correctly between reboots (probably because I'm using not using raspbian/debian).
I like to keep octoprint open on my laptop to easily check on my prints while I'm doing other things, but it chews up my battery wasting resources rendering the video when it's not even viewable (browser is minimized, temp tab is open, etc). Is there any way to fix this?
