What is the problem?

I am a total newbie to networking and can't get my Artillery Genius Pro to connect to OctoPrint and if there anyone that lives in or near Santa, Clarita, CA I am willing to pay for help getting everything configured.

What did you already try to solve it?

Yes and have no clue what I am doing, here is my first post: New User Problem - State: Offline after error No more candidates to test, and no working port/baudrate combination detected - #3 by GoBigGuy

Logs (syslog, dmesg, ... no logs, no support)

Additional information about your network (Hardware you are trying to connect to, hardware you are trying to connect from, router, access point, used operating systems, ...)

I used to live in SCV but now live in Dana Point. I would be happy to help if I can. Not sure if I have your solution but I have had to work through a number of issues with Octopi.
