What is the problem?
The camera I'm using is showing bad picture.
What did you already try to solve it?
Tried to add -r HD -f 30 to the conf file but didn't get better
Additional information about your setup (OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, printer, firmware, octoprint.log, serial.log or output on terminal tab, ...)
Looks like it needs much more ambient light.
Looks like this with a mobile phone
What conf file are you adding those options to? What does the full line of configuration look like?
I added it to /boot/octopi.txt
camera_usb_options="-r HD -f 30"
This is the command running
./mjpg_streamer -o output_http.so -w ./www-octopi -n -i input_uvc.so -r HD -f 30 -d /dev/video0
Try adding a couple of thse. You'll need to reload or reboot when you change the settings. When I say "or", try one, then try the next, with a reload in between. Don't change everything at once or you won't know what you did wrong. We aren't looking for the best, we're looking for what causes changes that make it actually show up.
-ev 1 or -ev 0
-br 20 or -br 50 or -br 90
So, as you can see, there are 5 options you should try, one by one.
I'm getting annoyed by the camera. I can't get any good picture with it. Can someone recommend another ?
