Bed heating to 110 when nozzle starts to heat up

What is the problem?

The bed will start to heat to 110 when it is supposed to be at 60 when the nozzle starts to heat up to 200

What did you already try to solve it?

I have searched through settings like preheat temps and printer profiles

Have you tried running in safe mode?

Yes

Did running in safe mode solve the problem?

yes
