What is the problem?

Will not work with the latest version of OctoPrint

What did you already try to solve it?

Tried installing Python 3

Have you tried running in safe mode?

It does not show up as a plugin. Install fails

OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, printer, firmware, browser, operating system, ... as much data as possible

I know there are issues with the visualizer in the latest OctoPrint upgrade. I was hoping someone can help.

Please upload logs or a systeminfo bundle, so that we can see what is going on and try and help you.

Where did you find this out? No known issues that I can see.

I remember reading in download page , I think, about the visualizer with issues and needed python 3. So I did that.

Yeah, need logs to really help you, but if you did the python 3 upgrade script (which is not required), then you can run the command that is listed in the known issues.
