What is the problem?

cant control printer

tried to start over

You're going to have to provide a lot more detail than that if you really want help. For example, try clicking that link for Systeminfo Bundle and uploading that zip file. You'll want to enable serial logging first though to provide a full picture of the communication between OctoPrint and your printer. Additional information like what printer you have, what firmware it's running, etc. would also be beneficial.
