Camera Detected - but streaming video no go

What is the problem?
Camera working fine on Pi 3.
Upgraded to Pi 3 B+ and Octopi 0.16.0
Pi Cam does not load under Octopi Control tab.

What did you already try to solve it?

with "vcgencmd get_camera" camera supported and detected. So doesn't seem to be hardware issue.

All I need is the video streaming capability at this point.

Just noting that the IE browser isn't happy with the webcam tab in OctoPrint. If you're using that, try another browser to confirm.
