Camera Display not reliable, but only on one computer

I have a strange issue. My camera image on the control page of the Octoprint Web UI works perfectly on my desktop PC, no issues at all. However on my laptop, the picture comes up and I can view for a about 10 seconds and then flashes colors bars, garbage and then black. If it wasn't for my desktop machine working perfectly I'd think there was a problem with the camera cable. Is there a driver or plugin that might need to be updated on my laptop?

Could be a connection issue.
Is the laptop connected via wifi?
Depending on your settings the mjpg stream can use a lot of bandwidth (100 Mbit/s+)
