Camera model
The only information I can find on it says it is a "Logi" (Logitech) and "1080P"

What is the problem?
The only mounting I have mounts it upside down, and I want to invert the picture

What did you already try to solve it?
Poked around in the user interface of Octoprint and found nothing

Logs (/var/log/webcamd.log, syslog, dmesg, ... no logs, no support)
What does a log have to do with this? It is busy printing, and will be out for 3.5 hours

Additional information about your setup (OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, ...)
No information on how to discover these

did you notice Settings/webcam & Timelapse/Flip webcma horizontally, vertically?

It's not the most intuitive, but as planetar mentioned, you can enable both 'Flip Vertically' and 'Flip Horizontally' in the webcam settings in OctoPrint and the result will be the same as 180 degree rotation.

Alternatively, you may also be able to tell the camera to do it itself if it supports it, with the Camera Settings plugin.
