Octoprint v1.10.3 on FireFox is installed on a Core I5 3.33 GHz computer with 12 GB RAM running Win10 64 bits. I installed YawCam and it sees the camera well. Printer is an Ender 3 S1 connected via USB (Although it is not participating in this issue.)
YawCam settings are:
HTTP enabled
Stream Enabled
Settings tab:
Public IP disabled
HTTP Port: 8888
Stream port: 8082 MJPEG 800x600
Additional settings:
Max conn: 3
Show notification when viewer connects: Enabled
Frame rate: 18 FPS
Startup: HTTP & Stream
Octoprint settings
Classic Webcam:
Stream: HTTP://10.0.0.157:8081/video.mjpg
(Also tried 127.0.0.1.... - it works on another computer/printer)
If I launch YawCam and open OctoPrint, when I switch to the Control tab, the camera pane is black with a note 'Webcam stream loading'. I get a notification from YawCam that something has connected to it, and if I check the YawCam connections list, the connection is listed. After a period of time the OctoPrint tab crashes.
I also have another printer connected to a different Win10 computer running OctoPrint, with an older webcam connected using YawCam and it works fine. I can view it across the network and take timelapses.
