What is the problem?

Im a newbie and can't get it to work

I changed a line and added a line in the config file per manufacturer instructions

No i don't know how

You shouldn't need that. The can should work out of the box.

Which one? There are two images.

Is there cable fully inserted with the black/blue part facing up and the contacts facing down?

Hi I thought I would delete this post and start over. But i guess I can't do that. I've learned how to do the questions correctly now. Can i start over with the correct info? Sorry for my ignorance but I'm learning.

It does not look like there are any cameras detected by your Pi. I would double check all the connections are correct and the cable is facing the right way in both ports.
