What is the problem?
Octoprint works - Webcam does not
What did you already try to solve it?
Everything under the sun for 72 hours now. Need sleep 
Logs (/var/log/webcamd.log, syslog, dmesg, ... no logs, no support)
No logs in that directory
Additional information about your setup (OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, ...)
I guess I did this the hard way. Could not find am image for the orange pi 3 lts. Did it from scratch. I have OCTO-PC running, Octopi running, and Octo4a running. And everything works on the orange pi except the webcam. Webcam works. Installed mjpeg streamer and the whole list.

Hey did you manage to find a solution? I'm expecting my LTS 3 to arrive soon and your post is making me nervous
