OctoPrint can work with oragen Pi 5? Or any Pi SBC?

Additional information about your setup (OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, printer, firmware, what kind of hardware precisely, ...)
As long as it runs a linux with python 3.7 - 3.11 it should work fine.
But you really want to make sure that it at least matches the performance of a Pi 3.
