Cannot download plugins

Greetings all!

Just set up Octoprint, and was able to download the latest update after I set it up, so I know I have a good internet connection from the Octo to the internet. I made sure the date and time was correct on the configuration, but I cannot get plugins to download. What am I doing wrong or what do I need to change?

What (exactly) do you do? What button(s) do you click? What happens that you don't expect to happen? Do you see any error messages? And please post logs!
