Cannot get camera to show on OctoPring even though the stream is working

Can access camera on /webcam/?action=stream](https://192.168.1.2/webcam/?action=stream with incorrect orientation and resolution but does not show up on OctoPrint Screen under Control (it was fine until I upgraded to 1.11.0 using OctoPi install instead of starting with a RasPi OS install followed by installing OctoPrint. I also cannot figure out how to access the camera settings (once it is working) to change resolution, etc. as the USB card is not readable under Windows.

I tried to start and restart OctoPi several times. The camera did show up one time, but no longer does.

Safe Mode does show the camera, but the resolution is incorrect

Camera settings are in Classic Webcam found in the plugin section.

Based on the logs you are using the new camera stack, which has been problematic for some. Are you using that one because your picam is a v3 model? If you restored a backup on the fresh image from a octoprint_deploy install, the settings will probably need to be changed.
