Cannot SSH into pi, with known ip address

I am new to octopi and raspberry pi's in general. I am setting up octoprint on a zero w (I know, I shouldnt, but not planning on using a webcam). I can visit the interface in my browser, but I cannot ssh into the device to change the default username and password.

I have tried ssh'ing through putty, and bash for windows, but I always get "Connection rest by IP ADDRESS".

This is a fresh install of the newest version of Octopi.

You might want to search the forum for "four core" in posts made by OutsourcedGuru.

If only that was the only problem with using a Zero.

Regardless of the zero w only having one core, I still can't ssh into it.

Have a look at your routers IP list if this IP is maybe given twice.
