Cannot view stream on Chrom, Firefox, or Opera. works on Edge

PiCam HQ

What is the problem?
Accessing the UI on Edge works completely fine. It also works on Firefox iOS but if i log in on my windows 10 machine, it will flash 2 frames of the stream then either go black or glitch out with a bunch of artifacting bands and flash.
Snapshot loads but stream does the same thing and just blanks out after 2 frames.

I have been using edge to monitor and sometimes even Cura but i just want to be able to have a tab for my printer and not use edge

What did you already try to solve it?
tested on all of my browsers only works on iOS and edge. even found an old topic that told me to download an extension that removes an * from the url but didnt change anything.

You could try to reduce the stream quality a bit.
This happens most of the time if a stream has a high bandwidth

No dice, I lowered it to 75 and there is no change.
I have it connected via ethernet and my computer is also hardwired. but iot works on firefox on IOS but not PC
