Can't acces to web interface SOLVED

What is the problem?
I can not acces to the web interface

What did you already try to solve it?
-i have connect my raspberry b v1 with an inthernet cable.
-restart the raspberry and the server few times

Additional information about your setup (OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, printer, firmware, octoprint.log, serial.log or output on terminal tab, ...)
-last version of octoprint

TO SOLVE
I have change my raspberry to a v3 because the v1 is too slow and i can't not really support octoprint for me
