What is the problem?
I'm getting the "octoprint server is currently not running" webpage when I open my octoprint url.
What did you already try to solve it?
I SSH'd into the raspberry pi zero (which is what i am using running octoprint version 1.11.2, octopi 1.1.0) and found no log files to be seen. I tried using ls -a and ls -la but all that showed up were two files "." and ".." along with the never-hidden config.yaml file.
Have you tried running in safe mode?
Yes I did. I don't have access to the web-interface so I had to modify the config.yaml file by adding the "StartOnceInSafeMode: true" line under server. That didn't work.
Did running in safe mode solve the problem?
No.
Systeminfo Bundle
I cannot get to the area for downloading the Systeminfo Bundle because I don't have a functional web interface. When I try to run commands using the octoprint file such as ~/oprint/bin/octoprint systeminfo, I get "Illegal instruction".
Additional information about your setup
I am running Windows 11 on my desktop and google as my browser, though I doubt those things matter. My printer model is a Robo 3D R1+ Plus, but again, it doesn't really matter because I haven't reached a point in the setup process in which it is considered.
