easyarts its an ares printer

Logs (octoprint.log, serial.log or output on terminal tab at a minimum, browser error console if UI issue ... no logs, no support!)

Additional information about your setup (OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, printer, firmware, browser, operating system, ... as much data as possible)

I don't know this printer so let's start with the basics an check if the printer is detected by the pi.

Log into your pi via ssh then disconnect your printer, connect it again, enter dmesg | tail -n 20 and post the output here.

If you need help with the ssh part

Scroll down and start with the Connecting to Your Raspberry Pi over SSH part.
The first part is already done for you in the octopi image.

pi@octopi:~ $ dmesg | tail -n 20

unfortunately there is no usb connection to the printer detected.
If I understand the printer description correctly it already got a Pi zero connected.
Did you connect your Pi 2 to the Pi zero or directly to the printers mainboard?

Yes their is one built in already I loaded the latest ver on the p2 ... I also checked the us from the p2 to the printer
