Can't find serial connection Ender3 V3

What is the problem?

I can't seem to connect to the Ender 3 with my Pi Zero 2 W.

What did you already try to solve it?

  1. I tried switching out USB cables and confirmed that BOTH are data and power cables.
  2. Tried taping over the 5V pin on the USB cable connecting to my printer.
  3. When looking at the FAQ I didn't see what I was supposed to be looking for when using Putty and Dmesg. I've attached the Dmesg. dmesg.zip (9.6 KB)
  4. Ran in safe mode

Did running in safe mode solve the problem?

No

Additional information about your setup

Ender3 V3 running the latest firmware. Pi zero 2W also running latest version of OctoPrint.
