So this is the issue: You are running Python 3.7 and OctoRemote ends at Python 2.7

Thanks Eward.... how can i remotely check on my printer?
Also... my bed isn't heating, but my nozzle is?
Frustrating!!!!!

You may check the heat bed connectors.

It is heating now....... temperamental :upside_down_face:

Getting REALLY fed up.
Bed and nozzle heating up.
But not printing.
You have helped alot..... i dont want to waste your time

This is probably an issue with your printer or your printer's firmware and not OctoPrint. An issue we might be able to help you with, but not unless we have to extract every single piece of information with pliers from your nose.

Logs always are your friend. Enable serial.log, reproduce the issue, share the resulting log and octoprint.log. Try safe mode. Follow any links if you need to know more.

I am starting in safe mode.
Do you want me to supply the pliers? !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In Safe Mode it has heated and started to print.
What have I done wrong?

There may be a plugin interfering - if you go back to normal mode and the issue occurs still, then you need to hunt down the either bugged plugin, or maybe it is misconfiguration in a plugin.

Or, like you said earlier it could be tempremental due to bad connections or something on the printer.

Have a look if Octolapse is in simulation mode
