Cant get custom image preferences to work

Webcam - Default OctoPi 0.16.0

custom image preferences not working

reloaded and reset up octoprint 5 times
followed the intructions 5 times on the custom image preferences popup screen to update and make script changes and made sure i was not leaving out any spaces or uncommented lines etc etc, and not wanting to appear like a lazy bum i have spent yesterday and most of last night reading other post and searching the interwebz looking for another persons or groups fix but the solution eludes me, which is not a very hard thing to do. it may be an easy fix but i just dont have the experience , to any and everyone who responds i appreciate your time and effort

was wanting to get this working to get more settings for the HQ camera on its way to me.. im brand new at this i have found i think all the logs if i missed something please let me know u will fumble my way though it haaa...also thank you all for making this stuff easy enough for us newbs to have a go at it.. you guys are all freaking geniuses man.

Is this about octolapse or the webcam itself?

Please upload your octopi.txt from the boot partition

well mr weezle now that you mention it, i couldnt decide if it went here or in the octolapse section, but it looks more like it belonged in the octolapse

i couldnt tell if it was an l or a 1 in the etc/modules change but i have tried both and no success
heres octopi and etc.modules, man am i gonna be embarrassed if i missed something , i used sublime text for the files
if this needs to be moved please move the topic

well i added the new hq camera and lens..was hoping the custom image preferences would work but no go..

im using a zoom lens with adjustable aperture etc ..the picture im currently getting is outstanding ... i just need lighting but if i cant get the custom image preferences to work i will have to be careful with the temperature of light so the pic doesnt look off but other than that i can live without the preferences, it just bugs me that it doesnt work i guess if you can point me in any other directions i would appreciates it..and ill do my best to fumble through it ..
