Cant get into octoprint (Via vpn)

Hi, so i have express vpn and set it up in the router,

Using asus RT-N66u (marlin)
Vpn client is working
i checked my local ip via ssh and its coming up with the same ip as the Vpn is outputting in (VPN Status)

but when i try and connect for example over 4g on my phone with the ip, it just wont connect

ExpressVPN and similar services wont let you connect to other VPN endpoints.
