Can't use webcam with powered usb hub

Hi folks,

My webcam isn't working with a powered USB hub. It is stuck on the webcam streaming page. Are there any solutions to this problem? When I run ls /dev/v4l/by-id I can see webcams plugged in the USB hub.
Any help would be great.

Could you post the webcamd log?

It's located at /var/log/webcamd.log.

I find out that my usb hub is 2.0 which can't support webcams.
