What is the problem?
In a stock version of raspian light my wifi works easily, I can set it up with raspi-config, or with the imager ahead of time. With the octopi distribution it wont work nomatter what, I put my login in the WPA-Supplicant and nothing, I tried to use the raspi-config and it said "Cant communicate with the WPA-supplicant", I tried installing the desktop and it told me there was no wireless interface. Have you tried running in safe mode?
No, but I don't think its applicable
