The bug is in the smart load in the pallet 2s and prusa mk3s latest firmware. When you send the gcode to octoprint to the pallet/printer and use the smart load feature on the pallet, it will not use the smart load correctly or not at all.
I have tried doing it by manual through octoprint but this causes layers to be out of sync. Basically have to go back to old prusa firmware to fix it.

octoprint/canvas up to date, prusa on their latest firmware and so is the the pallet 2s.
