Change notification email address

I need to change the notification email address in octoprint.
This is the email address that is notified when a print is complete.
How do I do this?
I cannot seem to find any documentation on this.

There is no such thing as a notification email address in OctoPrint core. It sounds you have installed some plugin that provides email notification, or set something up manually. You'll need to figure out what is doing the email notification and contact whoever designed that.
