What is the problem?
Running on a Windows 10 laptop (no pi involved anywhere). Yawcam shows feed just fine. Time lapse in Octoprint keeps throwing errors about "Max retries exceeded with url: /out.jpg"
What did you already try to solve it?
Searched here but found primarily references to pi setups, not Windows.

OctoPrint 1.10.3, OctoPi n/a, Prusa Mini, firmware no idea, browser Chrome, operating system Win10
Could you share a screenshot of your snapshot URL setting configured in classic webcam settings? I suspect it's configured as http://192.168.192.38:8888/out.jpg?
If my suspicion is correct and that is the URL used, by chance did the windows machine's IP address change to something other than 192.168.192.38?

That is indeed what I'm seeing in terms of the configuration. The IP address of the machine has NOT changed.
The Webcam and OctoPrint are running on the same machine. I saw something in another thread that mentioned using a different IP address to avoid going through the network. Not sure what that IP would be, or if that would be something to try.
That was going to be my next suggestion. Try with http://127.0.0.1:8888/out.jpg
