Color problem with Microsoft webcam

I am running a Microsoft webcam, I think it’s a HD-3000, with Octoprint on a raspberry pi. Something is causing the stream to have a bunch of colors, any idea how to fix?

Is this new behavior? Have you tried using the CameraSettings plugin to see if it's a color/effect setting on the camera?

I am new to Octoprint and this is a new setup. I just installed CameraSettings and trying to tweak the settings to make it work. Thanks
