Connection Issues with Windows

This is my first time setting up Octoprint but I have had problems with connecting to my Ender 3. I set up the server correctly on windows 10 but cannot get it to connect. It cannot auto detect the serial port and when ever I try to set it up manually, the only option that shows up is AUTO. I have verified that the USB port and cable work fine. How do I fix this?

what tutorial/guide did you use to setup OctoPrint on Windows 10?

Did you load the drivers for the Printer?

Thanks for the reply, this was actually my problem. I forgot load the drivers and updating them solved the problem!
