Control using Cura LE on Lulzbot Mini

What is the problem?

Cura LE connects to Octoprint fine and most things work well, except attempting to control the printer from Cura LE (X, Y, Z, extrusion, etc..) For example sometimes attempted to extrude will result in a long retraction and someone movement will suddenly reverse.

What did you already try to solve it?

Updated Octoprint, firmware and Cura LE.

Additional information about your setup (OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, printer, firmware, octoprint.log, serial.log or output on terminal tab, ...)

Pi 3, latest software.

Enable the serial log in octoprint's settings and post please. No real way to know what the issue is, if everything works fine when controlling it from octoprint's own UI, but fails with Cura LE, I'd say the issue lies with Cura LE. The serial log will tell us what's actually being sent to the printer.
