Controlling multiple printers over a network

What is the problem? Can we remotely control multiple printers over a network through an online platform. Even control different brands and/or models of printers from the same online “hub”. …. maybe OctoPrint could be this solution?

What did you already try to solve it? We have been reaching out to companies, but haven't gotten any answers.

Logs (syslog, dmesg, ... no logs, no support) No logs, since we are just trying to research our options.

Additional information about your network (Hardware you are trying to connect to, hardware you are trying to connect from, router, access point, used operating systems, ...) We have a Windows operating system on our PCs. We are currently investigating purchasing a few smaller printers like the Ender or the Makerbot Replicator. We have two SAAM printers which will no longer be supported so we are considering switching those two printers to Octoprint. With the SAAM software we can currently print to either of the printers from an admin console. We are looking for this same type of functionality. BTW I am not a techie! Thanks, Judy

You could use something like OctoPrint and OctoFarm, which is an interface for multiple OctoPrint installs. 1 OctoPrint install goes with 1 printer, you need other software to combine the two.
