What is the problem?

What did you already try to solve it?
The first time I was able to connect thruogh the browser and set myself up. Then I had to leave so I shutdown my laptop. Came back today and started up system, tried launching Octoprint but it failed with message say I had a corrupt config.yaml. I deleted it and users.yaml hoping it would restart the setup, but it doesnt finish starting up Octoprint. I am a an old fart rookie

Running on a W10 laptop, just recently setup python and octoprint.
