I would like to remove the webcam url in the controls that is shown when my cam is not connected. Anyone have a tip?

what is the purpose of this request? Do you want to prevent that someone can see the cam-credentials if added in the url?
I think there is no "build-in" feature to prevent the output.
You can build a JavaScript based plugin to remove the URL from the view..ormaybe a better way
raise a feature-request in the OP-Issue tracker, maybe there is already a ticket
...beside the current web-cam permission add second one. Something like "WebCam-URL, allow to read the url of a webcam"
