What is the problem?
I have an octoprint in a docker container and it does not have access to the internet but the integrated connection test manages to access octoprint.org but not the google dns and I cannot install plugins

You can download this in OctoPrint's System Information dialog... no bundle, no support, unless the reason you couldn't retrieve the bundle is your network issues
