i have no connection between Dremel 3d40 and Canvas Hub S 1.4
What did you already try to solve it?
i have Canvas Hub S and Canvas Hub, imy printer is a dremel 3d40.
normally i use simplify 4.0 with a usb connection.
but now the printer doesnt connect to the Canvas HUB, i rebootet all, i changed cables, ...... but no connection.
IF i connect to simplify it shows: USB Device: 10889/34955/00000000050C
after i shutdown the PC, i disconnect the usb i connect the usb to the Canvas HUB S, i reboot the printer, but no autodetect......
Logs (octoprint.log, serial.log or output on terminal tab at a minimum, browser error console if UI issue ... no logs, no support!)
Additional information about your setup (OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, printer, firmware, browser, operating system, ... as much data as possible)
