Elegoo Neptune 4 Pro won't connect

What is the problem?

I want to connect my Elegoo Neptune 4 Pro to OctoApp.
It keeps saying "testing connection to your printer" and doesn't continue.

What did you already try to solve it?

I also installed octoerverywhere plugin on my printer and connected the printer to Octoeverywhere. When I generate a http-url through octoeverywhere and enter it in OctoApp the same message appears and doesn't go away.

Have you tried running in safe mode?

Systeminfo Bundle

You can download this in OctoPrint's System Information dialog... no bundle, no support, unless the reason you couldn't retrieve the bundle is your network issues

@Ewald_Ikemann Did you read my post? I have not installed OctoPrint on my Elegoo. I only have klipper. If I am correct OctoApp is able to connect directly to klipper. I only installed OctoEverywhere onto the printer. So I can't give you a systeminfo bundle if im right. My printer runs klipper/moonraker/fluidd.

I managed to solve my problem. Here is how:

The previous owner of the printer seemed to modified the printer. So I reinstalled the firmware and the old files with the help of this great tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8Bdd126WHOI&ab_channel=LuBiTechChannel

After this the connection worked properly. For additional features I installed OctoApp for Klipper via Kiauh
