Our answer to you is "I dont know" because you failed to fill out the template with enough details for us to give you any better answer.

We need details on OctoPrint like the version, what is it installed on, version numbers of the operating system, etc. It would be useful to know the version of firmware installed on the Ender 3 V2.

All of the blue text in the template (including what's left of it in your original post) are links which take you to pages that describe in great detail how to collect the requested information.

The most important link is the Systeminfo Bundle. Collecting and uploading this will provide us with a substantial amount of information that will help us help you.

I can answer this one. Ender 3V2 uses a screen that acts as its own host software, so it has no knowledge of what's happening when printing from another host software (OctoPrint). There are some firmware's like jyers or InsanityAutomation(preferred) forks of Marlin that get around this using host action commands to be able to update the information displayed on the screen.
