Ender3&Raspi3B+ USB connection failed (read/64, error -32 / unable to enumerate USB device)

What is the problem?

My two Raspberry Pi 3 B+ will not connect via USB to my Creality Ender 3 Printer.

What did you already try to solve it?

I swapped the Pi's and saw that on the first connection attemp the Raspy detected the printer very well. saw it on lsusb and also dmesg shows no error at all.

after rebooting the Pi (yes on both), i got this error msg (dmesg):

[ 170.459643] usb 1-1.2: new full-speed USB device number 9 using dwc_otg
[ 170.559593] usb 1-1.2: device descriptor read/64, error -32

[ 173.079793] usb 1-1-port2: unable to enumerate USB device

lsusb is showing just this:

Bus 001 Device 008: ID 0424:7800 Standard Microsystems Corp.
Bus 001 Device 003: ID 0424:2514 Standard Microsystems Corp. USB 2.0 Hub

Bus 001 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0002 Linux Foundation 2.0 root hub

I further testet: Raspbian Jessie and Buster. I also tried the OctoPrint Image.

That octoprint isn't able to connect to my printer is obvious.

Can someone help my out with my issue? That would be very great!

Additional information about your setup (OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, printer, firmware, browser, operating system, ...)

Is the power supply on your printer turned on?
Are you sure your pi power supply is sufficient?
