Error starting heating

Octoprint version Version 1.5.2
octopi Version 0.18.0, running on Raspberry Pi 4 Model B Rev 1.1
ubuntu mate 18.04.5 lts 64
printer 3d longer lk4 pro

I didn't modify firmware of printer
I see on printer lcd error 0 abnormal E temperature

Octoprint didn't start any temperature.

I had also the log file, but I can't upload here.

The hotend is set to 180Β°C but it's not heating up.
Check:

  • Is the printer powered properly?
  • Is the printer power supply working?
  • Can you move the printhead from the printers menu (this is to check the printer power supply)?
  • Is the thermistor properly attached to the hotend?
  • If there is a fuse for the high power rail on the printer board: is it ok?

ok sorry it is I guess very simple, I didn't know if i had to power on the printer 3d because the panel lcd opened without button of powered 3d printer.
Now I understood that i have to power on printer 3d. :smile: Sorry for the my idiot mystake, within tomorrow I try again, I had the printer in a warehouse
