When I hit print the 3d printer immediately homes and begins to print before heating the extruders or printing bed. It cold prints. I sliced the file in Simplify 3D. If I save the file to sdcard and print it directly with 3d printer it works. If I save file to Octoprint on the Pi and try to print it doesn't heat the extruder. The firmware of the 3d printer is Bits for Bytes (BFB). It uses GCODE. Any help would be awesome. Thanks,
