What is the problem?
I have installed an Octoprint Server on a Windows 7 Machine. (old laptop)
After the initial setup, I am unable to connect to my Ender 3.
I am connecting through USB Cable and Octoprint provides the following Error:
State: Error: Failed to autodetect serial port, please set it manually.
What did you already try to solve it?
I googled a bunch.
Tried adding addition ports:
/dev/ttyACM0
/dev/ttyUSB
/dev/ttyAMA1

Computer sees an Unknown USB 2.0 device Location: Port_#0002.Hub_#0003
Log provides the following:
Failed to autodetect serial port, please set it manually.
Changing monitoring state from "Offline" to "Detecting serial port"
Serial port list: []
Changing monitoring state from "Detecting serial port" to "Error: Failed to autodetect serial port, please set it manually."
