Failed to enable bed leveling on ender 3

What is the problem?

when i send a print to my ender 3 through octoprint it heats up fine and homes the axis but then i get an error message that it failed to enable bed leveling when it can level when i manualy press it on my printer screen.

What did you already try to solve it?

running safe mode
reseting my printer
pressing level bed on printer screen

Did running in safe mode solve the problem?

OctoPrint version, OctoPi version, printer, firmware, browser, operating system, ... as much data as possible

What's about the systeminfo bundle that has been asked for?

More than likely you need to run through the bed leveling process on your printer screen and make sure to store the settings after completion. Before sharing system info bundle it would be best to enable serial.log and reproduce the issue and then share. An example gcode script would be beneficial as well.
