Hello @Freezen4242 !

You try to print with a way too cold hotend.
If it worked before: Check your hardware. Is the heater still in place, is the thermistor still in place.

If this is your very first print attempt:
Check the start gcode in your slicer.

And please share the logs from the Logging section in the settings:

Please attach them as files.
You have to enable the serial logging before.

The log excerpt from the terminal is just the last lines before the issue. Some important informations are missing there.

The thermal runaway did not appear in that log, but it is filled with errors concerning astroprint.
Does the Pi has a proper connection to the internet?

Concerning your first issue: The serial.log would be quite handy. Also the start gcode from your slicer - or a short complete gcode file of a tiny object

I have been printing for 9 months on this printer its the first time that it has actually had a thermal shutdown a little lost on the programming end . if I am trying to sort the issue out and see where I would need to go in solving this issue

If you had no issue before, you may check the hardware around the hotend and the cables.

The Start Gcode in the file looks proper.

What happens when you set the hotend temperature to 200Β°C at the printers panel. Does it reach that value and does stay there?

I didn't want to just throw parts at it if you feel its the hot end not working Ill just switch the whole thing out with a thermo coupler and all

I'm just going to share my experience with a recent thermal runaway, as it took me forever to get it figured out. Especially since things would print fine for a while, then hit the runaway and fail. At one point, I babysat a few prints and noticed that the runaway would happen when the nozzle fan came on. Essentially, the fan would come on to bridge or start a top layer, and the cooling it induced in the nozzle caused the heater to spike to keep the nozzle hot. The printer would recover from it a couple times, then shut everything down. It happened when I was printing around 240C-250C on Prusa MK3S. Turning down the print fan to 25% with those hot filaments solved my problem.

Probably not your problem, but it was some hard-earned knowledge for me...
