What is the problem?
I would like to know the type of RaspBerry Pi OCTOprint is running on. i.e: PI 1,2,3,4 or Model A,B,C or Ram 1Gb,2Gb,4Gb,8Gb.
I cannot physically access the Pi's Logic/Circuit board to see that.
What did you already try to solve it?
Looked for a Plug-In
Resource Monitor and Dashboard do not seem to provide all that information.
Have you tried running in safe mode?
N/A
Did running in safe mode solve the problem?

This does show 'some' info such as:
env.plugins.pi_support.model : Raspberry Pi Model B Rev 2
It would be nice if this could be expanded to include memory amount.
Should be in the info list:
