Green video in octoprint web client

What is the problem?

I have installed Octo4a to my old retired Samsung Galaxy Not 3. Everything look ok except for:
In octoprint web client video is green monochrome.

What did you already try to solve it?

I tried to switch between front and back cameras. It didn't help. There is no problem with "The spaghetti detective"

Have you tried running in safe mode?

Problem persists in safe mode also.

Did running in safe mode solve the problem?

Did you ever get this green image issue resolved? I too am using an old Samsung Galaxy (S4) and have the green image while using the web page (both local and using OctoEverywhere), but doing the preview on the phone running Octoprint I see full color.
