What is the problem?
Every time I do upload a gcode, I lose the Wifi connection to Octoprint for approx. two minutes.
Everything is working fine: I can operate the printer via the interface, heat up/cool down, I can see the camera picture, move the head/bed,…
Until I send a gcode file to the printer: Then I can’t reach the interface anymore for approx. 2-3 minutes.
It doesn’t matter if I send it to “local” or to the printer’s SD card. Also sending the data directly from Prusaslicer via API shows the same effect: As soon as the upload starts, the connection to Octoprint gets lost and the gui is unreachable for a while. The behavior is even the same when the printer is not connected!
Nothing has changed on the configuration of the RPi or the network lately.
What did you already try to solve it?
- I changed the power supply
- I changed the sd card in my Raspberry
- I made a complete fresh installation with RPi imager without(!) even restoring the backup
Have you tried running in safe mode?
No
Did running in safe mode solve the problem?
n/a
