Highlighted (Default) Buttons in GUI

I can't see how to select (what appears to be) the "Default" button on any of the GUI screens.

Each screen (or section of a screen) has one of the buttons coloured blue, while al the others are gray. In a regular Windows app, the highlighted button can normally be "pressed" just with the Enter key.

I'm using Chrome Browser. Is there a keystroke to activate the "Default" button?

What did you already try to solve it?

Pressed enter in conjunction with modifier keys, tried moving the focus with arrow keys ...

Have you tried running in safe mode?

I don't think that would help.

Systeminfo Bundle

no bundle, no support!

I do understand that, but that's a very big lot of information and I have no idea what's stored in there. I'm not sure it helps anyway.

Additional information about your setup

True story: I've been using computers since mice were expensive. My first Windows PC didn't have a mouse. I learned the keystrokes to drive Windows 3.1. I wrote my first computer program using a soldering iron.
